Evaluasi Efektivitas Kegiatan Pitaran Pelatih Gerakan Pramuka Kwartir Cabang Malang

Abstract

This community service initiative aimed to evaluate the implementation of the Scout Trainer Workshop (*Pitaran Pelatih*) organized by the Malang Branch Quarter (*Kwarcab*). Data were collected via questionnaires completed by 77 participants, comprising trainers from various District Quarters (*Kwartir Ranting*). A descriptive quantitative analysis was conducted on variables including material quality, resource person competence, facilities and services, and the training's impact on trainer competence. The analysis revealed very high satisfaction levels across all dimensions, with an overall mean score exceeding 4.5 on a 5-point scale. The evaluation concluded that the Malang Branch Quarter's trainer workshop successfully achieved its capacity-building objectives; recommendations for future implementation include incorporating Scouting methods into online courses and utilizing digital media during in-person sessions (blended learning).
